Ryan created the first student theatre company at Belmont University, and Directed/Produced their first play: STOP KISS to sold out audiences. The play, which deals with two women falling in love, was chosen to combat the University’s firing of its soccer coach for coming out to her team.
He has since made his film directorial debut with SKINNED, which premiered at New York Shorts International Film Festival and is continuing in submissions for the 2023-2024 festival circuit.
